So this is pretty easy… On an iPhone you can export to a csv (as @0x7 mentions). From there, you have a number of options to import.
Are your contacts in Apple’s Contacts or like a Google Contacts? or something else?

Is it safe to transfer the sim from my old phone which was used for google services like gmail, google maps, google calendar, etc? or should I ask my phone service provider for a new sim card?
The safety of transferring your old SIM depends on your concerns. A SIM card itself doesn’t store Google account data, so reusing it with the same carrier and plan under your name is generally safe. However, if you’re worried about privacy or tracking, the carrier’s records (tied to your identity) are a bigger factor than the SIM’s association with Google services. For a true fresh start, consider a new plan with a different carrier under a new account, but a new SIM alone may not address your concerns unless the carrier is also changed.
Thanks @xancudo for sharing the tech details and some workarounds. I did not know the device was built using a budget chip. Did not research it either - my flaw. I relied on the message the hardware is pretty awsome…
That video definition is sort of limited is a pitty.
One very favourite app i use a lot is NewPipe. I recommend that app to anyone. The workaround for usb audio is also great. Save ‘us’ a lot of digging

@jcaceres I transferred my physical SIM card to slot 1 on Thursday (3 days ago) and attempted an eSIM transfer on Friday (TMobile service) that was unsuccessful. Not sure why it wouldn’t take and the TMobile tech wasn’t sure either. Sorry I don’t have anything of real value hear. I just wanted to share because I’m in the same situation as you. Keeping my eSIM on my old phone for now. What’s interesting is that an app I have on my old CalyxOS/eSIM phone won’t install on my Brax3/IodeOS. So keeping the eSIM where it is works for now. Gonna be a two phone guy for now. I’ll attempt the transfer at another date. Fingers crossed.
Did you use the built in OpenEUICC app to add the e-sim?
That’s funny you mentioned it when you did. Not long after I wrote that comment, I saw that app included on the Brax3. Started looking into it. Just started researching, as I’m unfamiliar with it. Thanks for calling it out. I suppose that you have used it already?
I have not, because I have a physical sim, but since I’m one of the beta testers I’m very familiar with all the included apps and settings
I have my physical SIM installed and working since I received the phone. So check there. Next, when I call TMobile support and request the eSIM move, I first disable the old phone’s eSIM and when they request the IMEI, I give them the eID from the OpenEUICC app? Or do I simply give them the IMEI of my second slot and when I go through the OpenEICC app setup, that’s where I scan their barcode that they send? Can’t yet locate a how to on this subject.

@dcmoto thank you very much for sharing your experience. For me, it is absolutely necessary to be able to carry my personal line (nanosim) and my business line (e-sim) on my phone. My carriers are Movistar and Orange. I will receive the device this week, and this is one of the first things I’ll do, so I’ll let you know. Honestly, I’m quite used to doing this because I change devices frequently and have never had any problems, even with Graphene or other unofficial OSes.
One question: how are you doing it? Did they give you a new QR, a loading URL, or are you trying to transfer the e-sim? I always recommend that you ask them to generate a new QR code. Best regards.
