Any idea on how to deal with wifi issues in regards to phone calls / text messages?

Hi there.
So I have the ongoing issue, that I hope someone will be able to help me with.
When on wifi I’m not able to make nor receive a phone call. When wifi is turned off, then I can make/get phone calls.
On wifi I can send/receive text messages (although sending a text message results in the receiver getting the same message twice).

Any idea of a work around?

Hello.

What OS version are you using currently on your phone? If not on the latest, make sure to update.

Can you confirm that the text messages you refer to are SMS or MMS?

This is the first time I am hearing of an issue like that. What could fix is (by order of less painful):

  • Rebooting the phone
  • Factory resetting the phone
  • Returning the phone and getting a replacement
