While using my Brax3 to look up train connections, I suddenly experienced difficulties logging into the device. The Device did not recognize my Fingerprint nor my pass code.
While restarting, the phone got stuck for minutes in the „IodéOS“ startup screen. Me being on the go, I tried to reset once again, still on that screen.
Since then the phone seems to be stuck in a boot loop. Where the screen is always black and turning on and off again, no logos.
I followed the user guidelines on troubleshooting and tried all the rebooting options with „Vol+ and Power-Button“, but all resulted again in the same boot loop.
I consulted several community threads regarding the issue (see below).
I tried to flash with the SP Flash Tool V6 on a Windows 11 Machine. Flashing IodeOS several times with a variety of good USB cables and making sure the phone is turned off. But this resulted in an “unexpected error” just after „25/25 userdata“ was complete. So I tried the same with flashing LunarOS, which was actually successful, but disappointingly, the phone just kept on being in the same boot loop as described above.
Not being an expert on the matter, and getting to the point of not understanding most of community posts providing solutions.
I this a warranty case? Is there anything left I can try myself?
