Can i get a refund on my order for my case. Its taking too long to get here. Can any store bought case fit my phone?

There are a couple of existing threads that discuss case options at length, you will find them easily if you search. Basically no, there’s very little options for a third-party case other than whats in those threads. And not a lot better than the clear case that comes with the phone…

The BraX3 Rugged Case is ddfinitely the best option long-term.

I have a few noob questions for you about the BraX 3 and iodeOS? On the top scree- desktop of the phone. What do the letters UC define as in 5GUC vs 5G? Just wondering. I have 2 BraX3 phones with both sitting next to each other and looks like the same settings on each?

T-Mobile uses the 5G UC branding, short for Ultra Capacity, to refer to its fastest networks on Android and the iPhone. Unlike regular 5G networks, you can expect faster speeds than 4G LTE as well as better reliability in crowded areas.

Thanks!~ Both BraX3 phones are sitting adjacent to each other same settings and one device almost always says UC next to the 5G. I am thinking of switching the SIM cards to detect any differences. Also I have another noob question about these same phones. Only difference are the physical phone–I think?

Did you ever pursue a refund on the case? I am curious about your experience because mine has been poor.

I sent my entire order back unopened to Braxtech the day I received it using the Braxtech RMA process and was approved for a full refund. Now, 13 weeks and several promises later that my refund was mailed, no refund.
