Hi, the battery on my new Brax3 phone died before I reset the pin. After recharging it, I cannot use it because this message appears on restart:
ENTER PIN
PIN is required after device restarts
Unfortunately, I never completed Step 6: Set up Screen Lock & Fingerprint. Therefore, I cannot unlock it. May you please tell me the default pin?
I don’t think there is a default PIN, you set it up at that moment, why did your battery died ?
It could have set some random PIN due to the anomalous power down.
You can factory reset the device, when you see the brax logo press Volume UP.

My battery died while I went on vacation and the phone stayed home.
The factory reset tip worked. Although I fumbled through the menu I succeeded in gaining access to my phone. I am very grateful for your help.
