In your specific case, the iodé compatibility list reports “Gold” for BankID, but no tested for Swish or SwedBank. Plexus reports that BankID and Swish get a “Silver rating” but “SwedBank” hasn’t been reported by anyone. So you may need to do some deeper searching with the resources above to fully confirm, or try to get an existing phone running iodéOS (or find a friend with one), etc. But you are correct it is not possible to 100% confirm beforehand if there hasn’t been someone with your specific needs that has tried the apps and contributed results for others to reference.
The phone is very low price right now. If possible, you may considering investing in it to try, and if your BankID app is not supported, work with the community as a beta tester to get support for this application.
If you are not able to buy a Brax3 and “roll the dice” I understand; but it is an option.
I can’t imagine which steps to take? All I can do is describe the problem and search on internet with hope, that some one has solved it and copy paste in a terminal comand line. That what I do with Linux mint. Please enlighten me.
I have just installed swedbank app and BankID app successfully on the brax3. However, as i am not a customer of theirs, I can not test the apps but know that they will install.
This what I found so long … Love is shear, to safe time for other fellow …
If it works for me, I will share about Brax3 all over internet. Lets give a power to the people who serve humanity. If you find something good, share it with the world and it will comes back to you gazilion times bigger.
Thank you ‘rik’ that was useful relevant and interesting for me.
I think you’re wonderful
When somebody says that to me
I feel wonderful, as wonderful can be
It makes me wanna say
the same thing to somebody new
And by the way I’ve been meaning to say
I think you’re wonderful, too…

According to Swedbank - bank in Sweden:
Mobile BankID supports mobile phones and tablets based on Android, Apple’s iOS (iPod Touch, iPhone and iPad) and Windows 10 mobile.
Braxtech support could potentially work with you to figure out how to make the Brax3 work with your BankID app if it doesn’t out of the box. I don’t mean you figure it out. I mean you can work with support to get the problem sovled. They tell you what to do and you tell them the results of the troubleshooting steps they tell you to take, etc.
I am running out of time, need phone fast. So eventually will buy second hand used phone and keep it home switched off. Would be nice have with prepaid sim card.
iodéOS is Android. As noted earlier it seems Bankid and swish should be OK. But you are asking for certainty which can’t come unless you find another user in Sweden with your bank and with iodé or another microg variant os to test for you.
