It is possible to make your location anonymous with Tor in Ubuntu Touch using snap. Open up a terminal and type:
sudo snap install tor-daemon
Reboot. This will show up on port 9050. The openstore has Delta Chat and u can add this information to the proxy setting:
socks5://127.0.0.1:9050
