I have posted about this in chats at Brax user tips etc., but have found no solution/response. Currently on 7.6 and plan to either go back (if reasonably simple) a version or 2, or at least no further updating. Please advise, how to “re-activate” or otherwise “log-in/register” to enable iodé Premium. The most direct answer I have found was from Dec 2025 “The issue is identified and a hot fix is on its way.” That’s as far as it goes, and the thread has long since been closed.
This is fixed in 7.7
Just verified, you’ll need your BraX3 IMEIs on the device - if those have been flushed or modified, the iode App won’t recognize the device and give it a pass for the premium feature.
We’ve discussed this with iode team and they are working on a workaround for devices without IMEI or modified IMEI. Most likely the change will be implemented in the next version, but we will confirm if possible via a hot fix.
Also, what’s more is that we had a breakthrough with the SN writer on iode, which will allow rewriting IMEI when iodeOS is installed. We’re in final testing, and should hopefully see it in the next version.
I do appreciate your investigative efforts and explanation in this matter. Is there anything I can do right now, given that the IMEI is still present in settings?
Can you please clarify this. So your IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 are still the original BraX3 IMEIs, and you still don’t have access to iode premium?
I have this problem too. I checked both of my IMEI’s and they are still the original Brax3s.
Can you clear the iode app storage and cache from settings? Doing that will force the app to attempt to register your device again.
Also, just to make sure, your IMEI 1 and IMEI 2 numbers should be starting with 35000216 (this is the BraX3 TAC allocation range).
How can you tell if this is active or not as I just got my Brax 3 yesterday and it updated to 7.7.
When I click on the iodeOS Premium Login, its asking me for a login and password.
I did not change anything or even try to activate any numbers yet.
Thank you for confirming and posting that. Let’s hope to see this resolved soon, without having to wait upon yet another iodé update.
I cleared the storage and cache and it’s still not logged into premium.
And yes, both IMEIs have the 35000216 numbers included.
Thank you for confirming the IMEIs. Mine too are likewise, the same digits included.
As more than one user has indicated the same issue and applied all trouble-shooting suggestions given, please provide any update/solution since this still remains a problem. Iodé forums have not provided any help in this regard. Thank you.
Interested as well. Mine has been off for months
