I am have trouble making and receiving call on the phone. If an call is incoming it does not appear on the phone. Sometimes I can swipe down from the upper left hand corner (there is a little phone that displays) and the swipe back up and it will show me the call and allow me to answer it. Most of the time, If its an incoming or out going call the microphone and speaker do not appear to function. I cannot hear or be heard on the other phone. I am doing this with two phones side by side. There is not even any feedback loop like I would expect.This does not occur if I want a signal call.
I did disable the iode settings for Android Systems. I thought these might control the phone. But I am shooting in the dark.
First switched from reinforced to standard. I was able to make one call where I could be heard on both ends. But that was only one time. I then turned off the tools, no effect, then I remove all iode protection. Again no change. I can answer the call, regardless of the device that made the call. But there is no communication once the call is answered.
I had a similar problem with my earpiece speaker. With the phone facing down I tapped it on my hand, this would allow it to work far a while. I was also able to reverse the phone and tap, this would also stop it from working. I contacted support and sent it back for replacement.
What mobile carrier are you using and in which country? If you’re in the US and it’s not T-Mobile, can you check with your carrier support which frequency band you’re supposed to be using? It’s possible that the BraX3 is missing the band used in your area and that’s causing the inconsistent service.
I am having issue when someone is calling, my phone is not ringing or showing an incoming call if I am using the phone. It only show someone calling when the phone is idle with black screen. How do I fix this?
