That is strange. I should clarify that I used a physical SIM and swapped that over to my BraX3 and everything worked fine. I’m curious if problems are with eSIM or if maybe I just got lucky.
In the past, I had some trouble changing out phones with eSIM so I ordered a physical SIM from Mint so that I can do the swap myself. I manage my family’s devices and found the physical SIM to be the easiest thing to deal with in the long run, but it does cost $10 and you have to wait for delivery.
