As was the case with my first Brax phone, (this is a replacement)
1. I am unable to receive or send photos on my phone.

  1. I am unable to connect to the internet using my service provider (T-Mobile)

Is there a fix for these items?

Make sure you have mobile data enabled and check that the APN settings are set correctly. I’ve been using the Brax3 on T-Mobile since it was first released

Check your message app, I found that some don’t work well for pictures. To compare, download a different one and try sending/receiving pictures with the new app.
