Power button biometric sensor fell out repair help

Power button biometric sensor fell out repair help. The phone was not dropped or abused in any way. Everything is working perfectly except I no longer have a power button biometric sensor just a hole where it should be.

Need assistance for repair.

I upvote this question because I also need repair guidance. One of my Brax3 devices has a faulty charging port and no longer charges as a result. So the phone is dead and has not powered on for the last 22 days. I would appreciate guidance on what to do. In the short term, is there a video which shows how to take apart the phone and remove the battery?

I receive a response from support. It said they did not have any parts and they would inquire. I requested the part number for the power / biometric button as well as any known phone on the market that uses the same button so I can search for it. I’m waiting to hear back.

I would think this involves soldering. U would need a soldering gun to fix this and take 1 off another phone. I try to minimize pressing the power button for this reason as it sounds like the power button has weak soldering connections. In iode’ I pull the top tray down twice and tap on the power button image on bottom right to get the power menu.

Also, to just power off the screen I have my phone set so that if I long press the home button image that my phone screen turns off. In phone settings type long and then tap on the option that goes to long press action. Then tap on Home long press action.

To just get the screen to wake up, lightly touch the fingerprint sensor if set up.

In Ubuntu Touch, u can get the phone to wake up via a bluetooth keyboard. Just press the enter button on the keyboard. Lock it by swiping down on any screen and then go as far to the right as u can and tap lock or shut down. Enable screen time-out on phone setting>battery>lock when idle.

Not sure what it would require. According to AI, the button sensor should just plug in. Anyhow, I taped.shut the hole to prevent anything from going in. I activated the floating accessibility button which has a power control option to turn on and off or restart the phone I don’t want to turn it off because I will never be able to turn it back on again, but I haven’t been able to restart it. We’re using this floating feature of accessibility. Note the green dot upper right corner. It can also lock the screen.
