I’m interested in investing in the Brax through the Registration CF vehicle. I’ve posted a question at https://invest.braxtech.net/ a few times. each time, i see the question posts but shortly after its removed. is there a technical issue?
As a result, I’m posting it here.
first question: can i pay by credit card? if so, is there an extra fee for this on top of the 2% fee already charged? If credit cards are accepted, What Merchant Category Code (MCC) does the transaction use when processed through Stripe/Mastercard? Is it coded as securities/investments (e.g. MCC 6211), or another category?
second, there is an inconsistency in what I see as to how many shares i will receive.
at $5000 im eligible for 25% bonus as shown below
but next page shows less shares, only 15% bonus why? this includes the volume perks issued at closing. but its still less than 20,834 I’m supposed to get as shown above.
