Hello, Just curious if anyone else is having issues taking screenshots. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. When I use the power button to select screenshot, the screenshot comes out black. No picture. Can anyone help with this? I’m updated to the latest Iode but it’s been doing it for awhile, even with previous versions of Iode.

Just curious…do you have the black phone case with the sliding door that covers the camera?

@ddmk6 If you are trying snap a screenshot of a webpage and your browser is in incognito mode, it will block it and the photo will be black. If that’s the case, just switch back to normal browsing mode.

Wow…I hadn’t considered this. Thank you for the tip. I bet this is the issue. I’ll check it out.
