I’m from Europe, and I think I am supposed to fill in the survey before I can receive the BraX3 device. However, I either didn’t receive this survey, or it was deleted with the rest of the Spam I receive.
My questions are:
Should I have received the survey already?
If so, how can I receive a new copy of the survey?

I am a USA backer and ordered 22 May through indiegogo. I haven’t received the Survey. I keep checking my regular email and the spam folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @plamen - just checking, as it’s been 3½ days since that update and I am in NZ and backed on Indiegogo in late April - so I’m assuming I should have had survey by now? Or are you still working through issues? No panic if you are but just wondering if I need to email support yet?

True - I initially interpreted comment as following on from first part of message, so meaning 24-48 hours from when the update went out not the date/time of the message here specifically… So fair point.
@plamen any update on the surveys for the US braxtech.net purchases? It’s been over 48 hours since last update saying they should be out in 24-48 hours.

UPDATE: Just received my survey email! I am in the US, and was one of the first 700 or so to place an original order at braxtech.net before indigogo and when stripe cancelled all those orders, stripe never refunded my money. All along @plamen and everyone else at Brax have been very reassuring that I’ll still get my phones. Thank you all
