Is your mobile data actually working? A lot of people have had issues with incorrect APN settings when they changed over from a previous phone. Did you check these threads - the solution may be there if the issue is your mobile data or provider APN settings:
I used a direct ethernet link to my router via the USBc socket during set up of my BraX3 to download apps. BUT when the wired internet was disconnected I was expecting mobile data to then carry internet traffic like my previous phone did. However it does not auto-connect. Has anyone experienced issues connecting to Mint/T-Mobile’s mobile network? I just finished activating the SIM card, restarted the phone a few times and still no internet, though it’s connected. I can make phone calls. Pair this with no WiFi on my router and I’ve been brought back to the early 2000’s!
I’m trying to force the Brax3 to the mobile data. When I shut off the WiFi Internet disapears. Tried switching from 5G to LTE but no joy. Suggestions on what I’m missing welcome.
This phone has become the most frustrating one I ever owned. I have been unable to access the data network from the very beginning. Mobile data is selected. Automatically select network is selected. Clicking on Access Point Names brings up a page that says “Access Point Name settings are not available for this user”.
