Again HUGE Problem with Customer Support

I had posted here before trying to not create an issue, However, if you deal with the no name customer responses after contacting [email protected]. You will find they use the same tactics as the big companies use, they ignore emails when they do not want to deal with a topic. They will make offers on things and rescind them, I am very concerned as I did get two of the tablets but what happens when you contact support for the replacement parts, or items that you need are ignored. When they start hiding the post you make when they think it is solved, and do no longer follow up.

I started an issue that was emailed on 24 March 2026, again it is 8 May 26 (this post) and still no resolution and now not answering.

I don’t know-I’m seeing a couple posts like yours with nobody from the Brax Team answering them. I have been waiting since January for them to update their Ubuntu Touch software. It seems that they had plenty of good intentions but there are not enough helpers!

I thought their putting out a tablet was a mistake when they were having trouble with the first and second batch of phones. I don’t think they have enough people at BraX to make these dreams a success!

3 Days later, still no resolve. No email - nothing. @plamen I also want to know what the procedure would be to cancel the tablets (without penalty). If simple customer service with an issue PRIOR to the product being produced. Amassing the other complaints, I am not sure I want to keep supporting an organization that just ignores you when they do not want to deal with them.

I am concerned as well. I bought in the first batch of BraX3 phones and my phone came with two broken screensavers that I got no replacement for even though I notified support. It was also supposed to come with the extra memory card which it never did. I’ve ordered the tablet, so I’m hoping that goes well. I would like to have an extra battery for my BraX3 phone with instructions on how to install the battery, and also for the tablet. I am hoping that the support will improve.

Support for this phone has pretty much gone dark. I had mentioned this a few weeks ago but the thread I responded to was deleted
