I hope I’m in the right area!

I owned my Brax 3 phone since the launch last year of March 2024!

My brax phone turned off today after I pluged in the power coord to it with the phone on. I can no longer get it to turn on.

  1. Same power cord since day 1.
  2. Phone battery was at 90% when I plugged it in.
  3. Phone was not hot or cold.
  4. Battery has been holding charge normal a day or two I get out of it before charging.
  5. Used both a slow and fast charging cables since day one, no problems.

Can you please help get my phone up and running today, seeing how I need it for phone calls and texting. Thank you.

P.S. Also how do I take the back panel off if I need to change battery?

Don’t try to open the phone because it will not be replaceable.

Probably it’s a hardware failure. Talk to Plamen.

Early on a few people had their phone just die suddenly, for several it was the screen failed in some way.

You likely need a replacement so should email [email protected] and link to this thread; but @plamen can advise for sure and if you can try a reset or something with no screen to verify phone or screen is dead.

Maybe try another completely different charger and cable to if you can to be sure.

Ok thanks, who is palmen and where can I contact him? I have tryied 3 different power cords with no luck. I love my phone. It is the best I ever had. But I need it up and running. Ok will do. Thanks all.

Just throwing this out there. You were asked to try a different charger. You responded with ‘tried several charging cables’ .

If you did, great. You then should have posted that. If you haven’t. Try more than one charger.

Plamen hasn’t logged in for some days now, they have much work to do.

Have U tried email support ? [email protected] was able to get reply after a day or 2 in regards to battery issue.

All issues have been resolved 100%
