Brax 3 dropped in water, won't charge, question mark icon

Brax 3 dropped in water. Thoroughly dried for days but now won’t charge, shows question mark icon.
I’ve looked for charge control and USB app, but neither appear in settings.
Is there a flag that needs to be cleared?

Bummer!:scream:

This is a new one. The only thing I can think of is to put it in developer mode since it sounds like u can still get into the phone but it just won’t charge. Go in about phone in settings and tap ‘build number’ 7 times. Then it will ask for your password and say that u are in developer mode. This can be accessed by going back one page and enter System and Developer Options. There are USB settings in there…but I don’t know if anything is for charging.

Thanks for the help - still not seeing anything related to USB charging there.
Any other ideas?

I’m down to 9%… : P

Try blowing out the charging port with some canned air in case there my still be some moisture somewhere. Strangely enough I had my iphone give a message that it wont accept a charge because it detects moisture in the port. Which is silly because I only use it to monitor solar system and it never goes anywhere except on the counter where it sits all the time. But I blew it out anyway. But I still had to over ride the message. all of this may be irrelevant to the brax 3 LOL

Is there a way to boot into a hardware manager mode? Or perhaps disassembly instructions to get at the charge controller.

Tried blowing out thoroughly but still no charge.

Any ideas are welcome. Thanks.

U can boot into the recovery mode when the phone is powered off. I never saw much about hardware in there:

To boot the BraX3 into recovery mode using physical buttons, hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously.
