@inverdell @ChinPerfe @plamen Greetings all. Just off the phone with Tello. Just FYI, they required me to change the Name field to APN. Somehow this got the data to start working through the browser and a map app. However, I still could not send pictures via text. They had me go into the message app and hit Storage & cache and clear cache and clear storage. I was told this helps to reset an RCS setting. Once I did this I was able to text pictures. Hoping all continues to be issue free. But wanted to share this process. Thank you all for your assistance throughout!
