Hello. My Brax 3 phone stopped working for no apparent reason. It is unable to complete a boot up, and has been frozen on the screen seen on attachment for the past 12 hours. The volume buttons and the power button don’t work. The phone cannot even be turned off. I tried charging it with the power chord, but that doesn’t work either. What’s more the Brax 3 phone now feels warm and I’m concerned that it may explode or become a fire hazard. What can be done to safely turn off this phone? How can this phone be fixed? If it can’t be fixed, how can I return it and get my money back? Thanks.
From the attachment, I can see that the device entered recovery mode. It’s very likely that an error occurred that lead to that.
You have a few options:
- Let the battery discharge so that the phone turns off due to lack of battery. Once discharged, try turning it back on. If that won’t work, see options 2 and 3.
- Return the product now, and get a replacement.
- If your phone is still in the “return due to change of mind”, you can get a full refund on your order.
If you go with option 2 or 3, email [email protected] to process a return.

Hello there. I have a very common problem with my new Brax phone. I had it working just fine when I got it, then after getting my phone all set up with Tmobile and sending my contacts to my phone via the temp phone number, it stopped working and keeps restarting. I already figured out how to open the Recovery and Fastboot Modes so I don’t need a tutorial on that. I’ve also tried everything on the two modes and nothing has worked. I also don’t have a data/sync usb-c cable on me. I’d rather not replace the phone. Is there any way to fix the problem without the cable or replacing the phone? My mom is paying for two phones for each of us so I need a solution ASAP. Thanks.
