You need to go to https://brax.me - this site is not related to what you are talking about that Rob sells on that site. So you will only find support for the VPN and VoIP products at that site.
BraxTech is a seperate company and along with this site is for the BraX3 Phone.
If I remember correctly, You need to go to the brax.me site and set up an account…you can do so with an email alias. You will find the brax store inside brax.me. and the same is happening over and over again
I click on BUy now, and it redirects me to this link, and a blank white page that doesnt change even if I refresh
There is no link to buy a bytzvpn on brax.me.
Just the blog with informations
There is no link because you buy it on brax.me.
Just hit the menu and go to shop and buy from there.

I did not knew I had to create an account, login then go to store.
