My experience with Brax, the company, has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First, my phone stops working and keeps restarting over and over again. Then, I find out that this issue isn’t an isolated issue. Hundreds of other people had gotten the same problem with the phone and Brax seemed like they weren’t doing anything or trying to explain what was going on. I requested to return my phone and got everything ready, but when I went to the post office to send it, I was informed that I couldn’t because I needed a hazmat label and that the company needed to give it to me. I have been emailing and emailing for over a month and I have gotten responses. But, still, I’ve had no actual answers given to me.
I’m exposing Brax’s poor communication on here, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitch. There won’t be a single person who doesn’t know how they really are to customers. And I won’t stop until I have gotten my hazmat label or some actual fucking answers for once from this company!
Put it in another box and just send it without the label is what I would do. You had the label on i when you sent it and if anything happens it must have fell off. Not your fault it fell off due to the rough handling of the postal system.
Or dispute it with your CC company so they have to respond or they lose the $.
That’s literally illegal and I could lose the ability to mail forever. I’m not old like most of the people who got this phone. I’m a very young woman. Losing the very ability to mail would be awful for a person well under 40 or 50 years old. I’m not risking losing that for sending a phone back.
Its usually a $50 non compliance fee they dont ban you for life from getting mail.
““A HAZMAT noncompliance fee of $50.00 will apply to commercial shipments that are improperly declared, improperly labeled, or otherwise fail to meet HAZMAT shipping requirements.””
Good luck and hope Brax contacts you about the label you need.
