Hello, I was directed here for assistance.
So the updater to allow version 6.9 to V 7.1 downloaded and seemed to install normally. The 7.1 file will not download or resume down loading. I reinstalled the temp down loader and still no success in getting to 7.1. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am on 7.0 and have the same issue resuming the download. Another reply shows how to manually download 7.1 but I am sitting that one out as another post indicates problems with 7.1. I’m waiting for 7.2
The monkey pushed the button but I have yet to see it reboot into 7.1. I’ll restart the phone if it does nothing observable and see if that will kick it loose. Based on your issues, I may wait till the next release even if I can get to 7.1.
