Brax3 customer support

I have no Brax3 phone despite ordering it over a year ago.
I have no human customer support contact and no customer support enquiry number.

Very frustrating please help me resolve this issue.

I pre ordered in August 2024. I was told that the UK was problematic because it is not in the EU. have I been left behind and forgotten. Will I ever get it?

Same here. Lots of problems with BraX3 and I see many many others with the same problems I have, yet Rob seems to be ignoring all of the problems with his phone that he’s so proud of. :face_with_steam_from_nose:

Hello, i have been using my brax3 without any issues for more then a few months. There are some immediate problems and some problems that have started up recently.

Immediate issues:
Brax3 does not work with usb hubs. When i plugged in my magsafe usb hub via the usb port i noticed that:

  1. sd card, micro sd card, aux, and usb a port were fully functional

  2. the two usb c ports on the hub did not work. I could not charge my phone via the usb port on the hub. ( after troubleshooting on various other devices and os, i realized the issue was not the magsafe hub but the brax3.

  3. (This is more so venting) Phone adopts too many predatory characteristics of modern phones. one of which being slippery to hold and hardware access that does not require tools. I put this phone on a table without the case and it kept sliding off the table. I was so dumbfounded, i just laughed at the situation when it resulted in the screen protector cracking from table to floor height. In terms of hardware access, i don’t see the point of using a key to access the micro sd card when this could have been built into the back with a removable back cover. Using glass or a similar substitute is an unnecessary expense that i would have liked the option to exclude.

Recent issues:
The wifi on my brax3 has stopped working. I have tried to connect to routers in other locations to make sure the problem is not my router and have come to the conclusion that the issue is with the phone. I am able to connect to the wifi but it continues to say “connected / limited connectivity”. I tested it with routers that have previously worked with the phone. Any assistence in fixing this would be appreciated!

I have already tried “reseting the internet” via settings.

and i also personally emailed this address as was recommend by the reply email and other people on the official brax website to post my issue in this forum. Keep in mind this was 2 months ago. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I hear you Chris, very difficult to communicate with anyone from Brax. I did receive my phone however the entire order was not received even though it is stated in my account the everything was. Not sure how to ask for a refund or talk to anyone…

I did receive my phone however the phone charger was not included in the delivery even though in my account it states that it was shipped. How do I go about requesting a refund or get the charger delivered?
