I need the default passcode for my brax3 phone

There is no default code, you set it up initially, someone else reported the same and solved it by doing a factory reset, when you see the brax logo on boot press the Volume UP button and navigate through the menus to reset it.

Thanks for that

Nothing happened when I held the volume up button during the Brax logo. I tried some passcodes and now it is timing me out for too many failed attempts

Press volume after you see the logo for a little and it will show up.
