BraX3 delivery updates

That all makes sense, yet it should be straight forward to put together a Google Spreadsheet with all the indiegogo numbers and whether they were fulfilled and when they are going to be fulfilled, it’s not personal information so could be open to everyone. This would make the experience so much better. Let us know Brax team if you need any help, you have a lot of techies here for whom this is bread and butter and would be easy to help you with @plamen

I live in the UK and I received an email on the 4th august with an order number #5450. Ive checked the tracking so many times, its ridiculous nothing has changed, its now the 19th August and there is still no change. I originally purchased the phone in november I was abosolutely on board from the start. Im in final stages of selling my house and emigrating to Australia. I dont think Im ever going to see this phone, that Ive paid for IN GOOD FAITH, because of something that is absolutely nothing to do with my side of the contract.

Hi community, sharing a new update on deliveries.

A couple of things happening in parallel, unlocking different deliveries:

  1. Shipping the remaining US and RoW orders placed before 4th of July. We’re almost done restocking rugged cases, which was blocking delivery for a small part of contributors in this group. Customs are cleared, waiting on the fulfillment partner to process those in their warehouse. Last time they exceeded the SLA of handling incoming stock with a few days (it’s 3 days, but took 5 days), hopefully this time around that won’t be the case as it’s a much smaller inventory being stocked.

  2. We’re in the process of importing newer IndieGoGo orders (after 29th of May for Canada, and after 4th of July for US, RoW, EU) to our Brax Store and ERP system. We should be able to finish that by the end of this week, and start shipping next week normally again.

What date does the order date refer to? Is it the indiegogo contribution or the survey completion date?

When did the fulfillment partner get the stock and the SLA clock start ticking?

Does point 1 mean those should ship this week?

Order date refers to indiegogo contribution. But if surveys is a must-fill (for EU and Canadian backers) and not filled, order is not getting shipped.

It was delivered last night. SLA clock seems to started ticking today.

Should be, yes. Shipping means it leaves the warehouse of our fulfillment partner. For some destinations, there are a few warehouse transfers between different carriers happening.

Emailed again to inquire as to the whereabouts of the phone that was ordered almost 10 months ago.

Got an automated/standard reply.

I assume you’ve also now got stock of the promised SD cards and they’ll ship as a complete order?

I’ve honestly given up on that. If it was ever going to happen, they would’ve mentioned it by now. The whole excuse about SD cards being “too hard to ship with a custom phone/case” is just laughable. Let’s be real ,it’s not about logistics. It’s about cutting corners, shaving costs, and squeezing every last cent of profit from the cheapest, slowest, and most questionable factories they can find in China.

Looks like mine is still in transit inter-island, so will wait until I see if it updates tonight or tomorrow morning to show it’s in town and/or on van out for delivery…

FYI - Just arrived safely a few minutes ago! (Phone, rugged case, 2 screen protectors.) :wink:

Just waiting for second shipment with my add on charger accessory… but tracking is missing for that (had hoped it was just physically ‘attached’ to the main shipment) - Asendia tracking number for the order is invalid…

Yes - that was what I expected given they only left 2 days apart… I will wait until Monday in case it is in transit (and almost here) and just the tracking has failed before mailing support…

Not a major as it’s only the add-on charger - at least it’s not the phone & rugged case…

I havnt used my phone yet :sweat_smile: … Still learning more of the technical in’s and out’s and wanting to ensure I use its great privacy tech thingy’s to it’s fullest :grin: …Personally I prefer technical things explained in simple lamens terms so-to-speak or one gets overwhelmed and brain fatigued :shushing_face: haha

I see in one of Rob’s recent videos he mentions they will be adding the “Data only sim cards” and something about virtual phone numbers.

Hmmm prehaps I should start a post on this lolz …or maybe someone can call me and guide me! :rofl: :joy: :rofl:

Yeah, you know something is wrong when I ordered November 18th 2024 and am still in the “we’ve received your order” phase (apparently because of a rugged case) but someone in the same household who ordered in… around May 2025 got the phone today.

I’d have been happy to settle for a normal case but we were never told the delay was going to be long.

From what Brax said in last night’s live, all the orders waiting on the rugged case will probably not get shipped until next week.

They must have ordered the cases from Temu… lol
