Hi all. I’m sharing an update on our progress with shipping.
We’ve shipped all Canada orders placed before 29th of May.
An issue with our ERP system (duplicating some orders, some orders having wrong items in the list) prevented us from shipping to US, RoW, and EU customers. We finished fixing those issues over the weekend and are starting to ship orders to those regions today. We should have all orders shipped out within the next 24- 72 hours.

I haven’t recieved an email with tracking and I ordered two phones as a backer last year. USA.
Is there some way I can check to see if mine shipped, as I’m traveling for work.

Did you order before 29th of May? If yes write to support [email protected] and they will help you. If you ordered after 29th of May you are in the second batch which is supposed to be sent in the upcoming weeks

All EU orders should get shipped by the end of this week as well. Very likely all pre-orders go out tomorrow.

i just received shipping confirmation email… using “Brax store order number” 168X, shipping to wash, dc via FedEx. FedEx says shipping from Farmers Branch, TX
It seems you can see order status and tracking using the show order summary on your Brax store order confirmation.

I also ordered around the date and time of your order (in USA) and I just received my shipping notification email around 40 minutes ago. Hang on until tomorrow. I’m willing to bet that your notification email is right around the corner. I hope it gets to me by this Friday. I leave my state this weekend and gone for a week. This could be just in time or just in time to screw me. Fingers crossed for us both.
