I received a FedEx shipment notification a bit ago and it states the dimensions as 12 x 9 x 1 inches and 2 lbs.

did you order on Indiegogo? is your order number the same as ID no. on indiegogo?
I originally ordered on launch day at braxtech.net and my order was in the 700 range

I ordered on indiegogo in March 2025, in June, Brax store sent notification to verify, and process the transaction with order number from Brax store. The shipped notification uses the Brax store order number, and is accessible using the “show order summary” on your Brax store order confirmation. Indiegogo is backer number. Brax Store is order number.

Can anyone confirm if their US order from crowd control survey is working? I assume the tracking information is going to show in the shop order i had to use?

Brax Store processed the Indiegogo transactions. Brax Store applied your Indiegogo pledge and allowed you to make changes, add items,etc, then Processed your “order”, generating an order number, that is used to invoice and ship (fulfill) your transaction, check past email, many inaccurately thought they were being double charged.

Note for those who have ordered 2 and more BraX3 devices within the same order - each fulfillment will include a maximum of 2 BraX3 devices. If you’ve ordered more within the same order, it will be split into separate fulfillments. It’s a limitation with our fulfillment partner. Usually each fulfillment should be done within the same day for the same order, but it’s possible that there are some exceptions.
