That doesn’t mean we’re disregarding the issues. We didn’t do a week retreat to pop champaignes. We’re still working hard on fixing the different issues we’re facing. It’s an uphill battle.
But I understand where you’re coming from.
When seeing posts like that and you’re part of the community waiting on your phone, it can feel like rubbing salt on a wound.
Wow, I was just about to comment how strange that was, considering restocking is in progress, but I just received a notification that restocking is completed.
Posting a new update regarding the restocking of BraX3.
We were notified that restocking is completed. Some orders for US and RoW will already be picked and shipped today. Most will be picked and shipped tomorrow. There might be a few left for Monday, although unlikely.
As communicated previously, we may have to split fulfillment for some orders, considering that we ran out of Rugged Phone cases. If that’s the case, you will get notified via email that your order has a split fulfillment.
Does one receive an email notification for shipping of the Brax3? I am asking you because you have heard as many different (reasons, stories, mysteries, excuses, speculations, theories) as anyone else. Today is Thursday, OCT 16, 2025 and zero emails. How long does it take to send an email? (Can not blame the weather, sleeping Postal workers or rabid dogs for slow response). I fear any inquiry to the “correct”, “nebulous responding” magical inquiry site(s)?, since that one inquiry may cause one more confounding variable to slow progress and one more reason for delay.
So, just to clarify, if I placed an order for Australia with Indiegogo on 7/22, confirmed in Braxstore by paying the international tax on Aug 31, it will be shipped in this lot?

I have a long list of coulda’, shoulda’ and woulda’ and the latest rumor I heard through about 4 different websites is that someone in Dallas might somehow ship something somewhere by someday! Possibly by “next week” which is different than the previous “next week” and Hopium. In that time I could ride my bicycle from coast to coast ( West coast to East coast 6 days, 6 hours 43 minutes). West Coast to East coast on a skateboard 17 days, 6 hours and 5 minutes) or hitch hike to Dallas, Texas while wearing dark glasses and a white cane in the rain 5-15 days using only one thumb. I could also try to walk from Los Angeles to Dallas, Texas (1,436 miles) at 3 MPH and 10 hours per day = 48 days. I thought “next week” was over two months ago?
Some time ago it was mentioned that the supply of the rugged phone cases had run out & that more were being manufactured, which would take around 5 weeks.
Since it is now more than 5 weeks since that statement, I had assumed the rugged cases were back in stock once more, so they should all be able to shipped together with the BraX3 phones again - for those orders which were due to receive a rugged case.
A recent announcement that the Brax.me store had started to ship some rugged phone cases, also appeared to confirm that the rugged phone cases were now back in stock.
Now, based on the latest BraX3 delivery update, it seems that the supply of the rugged cases has not yet been replenished, so the phones & the rugged cases may not be shipped together after all.
Can you confirm what the supply status is for the rugged phone cases? Have they taken longer to manufacture than the time frame of 5 weeks that was originally given?
OMG! I am impressed that anyone could have so much patience and hopium! Anyway, I know I also ordered two of something and never got a reply or a receipt but I do know that someday, somewhere, someone, who has no name and has no telephone number or address, knows something about it? This sounds like a possible plot for a new movie? It has suspense, mysteries, subplots, intrigue and lots of who done its.
How can I track something that is not located in any particular location at any particular time? My order was under $1,000 USD so I guess that is not important. You can buy a lot of French fries or chips for that price, even including catsup.
Even if not fulfilled yet, you should be receiving order confirmation from indiegogo and our brax store as well. Message me in private with your order details so I can check on your order. Maybe an email typo was made when placing it. Let’s see
As per our last update from yesterday, the restock of BraX3 is completed.
As a result, orders started getting shipped again. If you haven’t received your tracking number by the time of this update, that will most likely mean that we haven’t shipped your order as it’s missing a Rugged Phone Case.
As communicated previously, we will be splitting fulfillment into 2 - one fulfillment shipped now including your items minus rugged phone case(s), and another fulfillment including your phone case(s).
You will receive email notifications that your fulfillment is split, and you will receive a tracking number for the partial fulfillment as well.
All US orders missing Rugged Phone Cases are expected to ship out today.
RoW orders missing rugged phone cases are also expected to ship out today as well. It’s possible that some only ship out on Monday, as we’re updating export/import documents one by one for each order (it’s a headache to clear customs if there is a mismatch of commercial invoice and content).
Update on delivering the missing rugged phone cases will be shared soon. We’re finalizing some details with production.
Since IndieGoGo doesn’t offer partial refunds, we’re unable to refund rugged phone cases only, unless it was bought as an upgrade from the brax store.

I have not received any update on my Indiegogo order #5638 (created on the 12th of August). Please advise those of us who still have not received the update what to do.
Yesterday I received an email from Brax confirming a shipping label has been created through Amazon Logistics conforming a label was created. I had to get a code emailed to me to connect the order to the phone I am using.
The order through Braxtech.net shows the phone and screen protectors as shipping but the cases only as “confirmed”.
I was under the impression that the screen protectors were
@plamen is there any information yet on the fulfillment of the cases? I only ask because my phones will be received by my shipping partner in California and I am curious if I should hold back on the shipment to myself until they arrive or if it will be so long that I’d rather make it two shipments and expedite the shipment of the phones without them.
