I understand there has been many questions about getting the rugged case shipped with the phone. But I don’t think I saw anything about going back and ordering a rugged case separate ? ? It is possible after completing the order or getting your order is there an option to go back and get rugged case ? ?

I think they’re out of stock and sending the phones without just to go ahead and get the phones in hand. Some people have waited a long time. No need to hold them up just because the case is out of stock.
I’m certain you can order the cases separately but you might have to wait. Also, getting them shipped with a preexisting order would be difficult.

That will be possible once we restock on Rugged Phone cases. If your order hasn’t shipped yet (in case you’ve bought from the December delivery batch), you will be able to add a rugged case before we ship.

It had an exception flag with our fulfillment partner. Not sure what caused it, but it’s now resolved. Should get shipped tomorrow.

Yes, we’ve split shipment now so we don’t delay deliveries of phones. Rugged case will be shipped when restocked, at no extra cost, of course.

Email support. Your order got shipped last week. So you need to first receive it, then return it before we can grant a refund.
