We don’t have that much control over the process. We’re using a fulfillment partner that manages all of that. Not much else to do other than retry shipment or simply refund your order in the end.

One of your customer support team members contacted me a day or so ago, we’re going to try one last time and ship it to my sisters house.

Ditto still waiting for phone cases and last October excuse was “by November”, and later “by December” And now on December 31 another reason is “about two weeks…when? in January 2027 or will the Brax 3 phones be declared obsolete and we get to start all over again?
I like the phones, but I have to wrap them in foam rubber so they don’t crack or break. I sturdy phone case could help if they fit? I have seen budget smartphone break by looking at them. I once accidentally dropped a Pixel about one foot above a Sobakawa cloud pillow and the phone fractured into tiny pieces. Any word on this? I have a freight shipment I may hold up for these to arrive and be added to, or I may just get my freight and wait months for the opportunity to get my cases freighted to me.
The rugged phone cases cannot come soon enough so please expedite the delivery ASAP. The standard case is almost useless as it is so slippery it almost invites you to drop the phone and when you do it provides little protection. I now have a broken screen in less than 6 months of using the phone when I normally can go 4 years with no damage by using a rugged case.

We are still waiting for the Rugged cases , it is painful having to wait so long for everything , What is happening with them , have they been shipped yet??
Need the case so we don’t waste our expensive phone mounting system adapters on the case that came with the phone which is to slippery
Could we please have this prioritized, instead of new projects can you please complete the previous 1 ?

Plamen has said they are in and are shipping over the next couple of weeks. As for the phone being slippery, there are things you can add that will mitigate this. One is from a brand called Cat tongue. They are plastic strips of various sizes that you stick on items for better grip but yet are removable later on. A cheaper method would be to use paper tape, the kind that is used to attach bandages (3m paper tape gentle hold is one example). A couple strips of this on the back will give it a much better grip and the nature of the tape also means it is easily removable. It won’t last a long time or look great but it will give a better grip and is cheap.

Is this new information? 28 days ago Plamen stated in this thread that they had been produced and 23 days ago Plamen quoted a day old post of his own elsewhere stating that they were scheduled to be shipped in the “nest two weeks”.
That’s 3 weeks ago and I’m yet to see anyone receiving shipment notifications.
Are you referring to information elsewhere that I haven’t seen? I’m simply looking for an update now.
My freight order from the states has left after not having received any new information, so I won’t see mine now until April of this year…that is IF they ship out to my US shipping address by then. (Because I won’t be forwarding anything to myself from there until April)

I received an rmail a few weeks ago stating that the rugged cases would be shipping from China.
Its veen about 28 days since that announcement was made.
Has anyone received the rugged case or an email stating that it has been shipped?

As for the screen, it has been mentioned before that the phone is designed to be repaired and parts will be in the Brax store eventually. I am sure screens and batteries are two of the items that will be stocked. But they haven’t said when. I am guessing after the second batch of phones is completed?
As for the information about shipping, it is the latest I have heard. But I didn’t realize it had been 3 weeks since that update (thought it was more like around 2).

Does correlation imply causation? Maybe sometimes? Is planned obsolescence a possibility/probability?
Waiting patiently since June 2025. Will the Brax 3.5 ever get the hard cases? Do we need to order a Brax 3.5 to get the case for the Brax 3?
