I have been sick and unable to keep up with everything. Am I correct in assuming there has been no progress on shipping/receiving the rugged phone cases?
You can see the guy above waiting for his rugged case.
Gee, with all the above, including last August’s honest but saddening admission, I have to wonder two things:
What percentage of people do NOT use a case with their phone? Logistics would know.
And, lots about cases, but… are we still on for March 2026 shipments of batch 2 of the phone?
I have nothing. ![]()
There is a transparent case in the package with the phone. Contact [email protected] to make sure your order has been shipped else they will take care of it now.

i actually need this urgently because i am veing utterly and completely stalked and violated on My Personal Phone ![]()
Are you waiting for case or phone?
@Chancey1221 I am waiting for both. I ordered a phone in the 2nd batch originally scheduled for December 2025 but latest info from the Braxman was March 2026. I have contacted support about my order per instructions from @george
Hi community, rugged phone cases (for production batch #1 orders) have been shipped last week directly from the warehouse in China, using DDP (no customs clearance required). We will be sending mails with tracking numbers today and tomorrow.
Apologies on the delays, and thank you for your patience!
Have you communicated with [email protected] to get an update on your order which may has been misplaced?
I got my rugged phone case tracking number today. ![]()
With regard to batteries, I can offer some insight. They won’t ‘spoil’ just sitting in the box at least not for a few years. If they did, almost everything with them would be dead on arrival. When they are shipped they are in a state of “deep sleep” and can stay that way for a long time. Once charged the first time that wakes them up both chemically and electronically (there is electronics inside the battery packs now) and they will drain just sitting there after a month or two. At least in a phone with multiple parasitic loads, other devices might be longer depending on the device (a vacuum cleaner for example), or if they are removed from the device.
Also it is VERY bad to leave a phone (or other battery device the way they are designed these days) plugged in. The constant charge/recharge will kill it in short order. Best to get a device like a chargie. This plugs inbetween your phone and the charger and monitors when it should charge or not. This is also configurable so you can let it drain down low before charging again up to 85% or so which is best.
@Chancey1221
Last I heard they are still on track for March for the second batch but with the delays that are happening I wouldn’t bet on it, might be a few more months. I would suggest getting another phone for now, perhaps a cheap used one that you can change your number and try to get out of the problem you currently have.
@george
I wish they still had 2g here in the states. I would still have a older phone working instead of a brick. They forced us out of that 9 years ago or more.
Got my phone case tracking too.
Received mine also.
Can’t you use 4G VoLTE simple phones? In Europe they work and they use the chinese Unisoc chips, used by brands like Nokia, Powertech and other unknown ones.
now received my 3 brax3 cases UK
My cases showed up one day too late to go in a relative’s shipment to my undisclosed location.
So I’ll get them next month…or April…or May.
But it arrived.
Mine arrived today (UK) too.
I got my rugged case today. A bit of a surprise as I tracked it a few days ago and was on track for March delivery. It came in a plain plastic shipping envelope and I couldn’t figure what it was until I opened it. Coming so far glad it arrived ok. Not a complaint, just glad nothing happened, I know how parcels get thrown around at postoffice.
@george Sure VoLTE simple phones work. I was just saying I wish 2g/3g worked here then several nice phones I already have wouldn’t be junk. It just bugs me as they didn’t ‘have to’ shut them down as other countries haven’t and are still used. Here they forced us to ‘upgrade’
The USA has very weird approach towards cellular networks, they bother to block IMEIs as “incompatible” and such things, nodoby cares about your IMEI in other countries except if the device has been reported as stolen which I haven’t confirmed that they actually block it.
I can confirm that I received my rugged case on Feb 23, 2026. Thank you.
