Why not just ship the phones and leave the rugged case shipment for later?

Just received phone today after a shipping notification received 7/30/25.

I did, was updated with a tracking number through the shop app, no email though lol

Email wasn’t sent by the system probably because it detected you’re on the shop app.

I received 2/3 of my order earlier today(Thursday). The first phone was setup without a hitch and works great on Mint Mobile/T-Mobile. I must admit, I too, was “taken a-back” by the length of the delay but alas, things are moving along just as the Braxtech team said they would.

A quick update
EU orders
EU orders are getting picked up and should all be delivered today. Sharing a snapshot from our fulfillment dashboard.
US and RoW orders
We have about 600 orders that didn’t ship yesterday, but will ship today. If you haven’t received a tracking number yesterday (31st of July), you’re most likely going to receive one today.
Only 80 of the confirmed orders won’t be fulfilled this week, due to lack available Rugged Phone cases. As written in the previous update, we should be able to ship those next week.

They changed from Express to Custom shipping though.

It is most likely because DHL has not yet registered the package in the system since the shipment is very recent. Give it a couple of hours and it will surely work.

According to DHL: Track & trace is normally visible 24-48 hours after receiving the trackingnumber.

Is there a way to know if I am one of the US backers who is waiting on the rugged case?
I received my shipping notification with tracking but it shows no movement for the last three days. Maybe notify those individuals who are in this category of the extended wait. Order #1070.
