sorry, I was only trying to help. Indiegogo only provides contribution summary ID number. The order is placed with Brax store, they create the order number. Your Indiegogo contribution number is still current and didn’t change. They are two different numbers. I only commented because some were trying to locate tracking information using the Indiegogo number. Sorry if I was misleading.

You are not alone. Im curious if the survey you did was the “crowd control”. Thats what i did, and now im using the dumbass shop app waiting for it to be marked as shipped. No emails either for me, US mid may order.

I ordered in November Order 2025. Still no shipping notification. There are plenty of people who ordered 2 months ago in the US that will be getting phones tomorrow. There are quite a few of us that ordered in 2024 and haven’t heard a thing. Plamen reports 7 hours ago that all remaining preorders are released. Still no shipping confirmation.

I received an email today that my phones have shipped. They are tracked as being at the post office still, but there is a tracking number! I don’t like the USPS tracking system, but our local mail has been reliable through the years. I’m hoping to get the package by the weekend.

Hi Plamen,
this is somewhat kind of funny.
As a EU backer I just received my tracking no. of the rugged case I added to my original order # 3039. So I will get a case (#3040) lacking the phone to use it.
Anyway I stay optimistic I will get shipping confirmation for #3039 in the not too far future.

US order OCT 2024 by confirmed receipt MO in OCT 2024- Still no shipping update as of 7/31/2025 @1210 pm EST.

I assume you are aware that there are many of us who ordered last year from the US on Indiegogo who have still not received phones nor any tracking/shipped email. Something seems wrong.

Hi @plamen . US backer with order #2377 (#2524 after completing the survey) Tried contacting support several times with no response. I have not reveived any notification or tracking number yet. I am leaving the US on 8/6. Any chance I can contact anyone to speed this up so I receive my phone on or before 8/5? Thanks!

Yes, complete silence is worrisome, https://store.braxtech.net has been down for a couple of days now, no shipping/tracking info, only a few have said they have tracking info. All conveniently at same time. Hmmm

Hey Community.

Quick update on deliveries.

US and RoW orders
Our dashboard shows that almost all US and RoW orders are picked and labeled for shipping today - yesterday we got about 1000 shipped and today we’re shipping almost all remaining.

Some orders (about 7%) for US and RoW are stuck as we’re out of stock on the Rugged phone case in the US warehouse. That’s because we had to dispatch RoW orders from the US warehouse instead of the EU warehouse (in order to offer DDP). We’re making warehouse transfer from EU warehouse to our US to stock up on the necessary items to complete all remaining US/RoW orders. If you’re one of the unlucky ones, apologies - you should be able to get your package shipped next week.

EU orders
We were all ready to dispatch EU orders earlier this week. Our EU fulfillment partner did a number on us with pricing with FedEx - after we paid 90$ to ship a charger adapter to Czech Republic, we had to put fulfillments on hold. Anyways, now we’ve resolved this matter and we should be able to ship out all EU orders tomorrow.

Delays in responding to ticket queries
Regarding our support channel ([email protected]) - we can’t swim out of all the tickets yet. We’re onboarding customer support employees to help us catch up and be able to respond within reasonable time (24hrs). We should be able to catch up by Monday. I myself will answer tickets to ensure queries are addressed by then if needed.
