Hello!
I got a new brax3. yesterday the battery was empty so this morning i but it to charge. but it always come this : red state. Device cannot boot. Enter repair mode. dismiss after 5 sec. I have the phone since 2 weeks and the battery got empty 2 times and while charging was no problem.
I have no experience with technical things.
Please help!

Thanks for your post. I already wrote them and they wrote back that I should ask here for help. Sorry but after 3 days it is all what brax team can tell me, to write at that mail and the email answer is two times to write here my problem. Bad service!
I understand. Very rarely the issue is hardware related and fixable with a device swap.
Our customer support team responding via email isn’t technically equipped to evaluate technical issues, thus they always recommend asking for an advice in the forum, since this is where our product team or knowledgeable community members can help identify the issue.
It most cases, sending you over to the community will save you a couple of weeks - instead of replacing your phone which won’t help at all, you will get a simple workaround/solution to your.
In your case, device swap is the only solution actually, so unfortunately you lost a couple of days. Sorry about that.

If yes then likely 2-3 days maybe a little more, you should get a response soon… (I’ve contacted them several times and typically had responses in about 48 hours, the longest was about 3½ days.)
