It seems on the BraX3 the *#*#3646633#*#* option has been hidden/removed. There is a truckload of mtk/MediaTek Engineer Mode apps out there, all i have tried say: “Sorry your device is not supported.” And the latest version of any Mobile Uncle is 2020, so I don’t have any hope there. I thought I’d given up rooting phones; is there any access to the audio mixer thru adb?
I’m currently using Iode , does Lunar offer that delete feature that Graphin has ? The one where you enter alternate password to delete contents of the phone
@plamen I suppose you still never pushed back to mediatek about the wifi firmware problem anymore ? too little worry for you to be lobbying about it since you never answered to my post?
In the mean time, you spit on graphene project but I don’t see yourself much pushed back towards the laziness of brax about the problem of your own products…
I don’t think so. I’m not running it right now as it was pretty bare bones and doesn’t even have f-droid installed by default. I got f-droid installed before using adb. I did mess with it for weeks before and didn’t see a way to reset the phone by putting in a code from the lockscreen.
I did get this working in iode’ using an app and mentioned it here:
I’m willing to wait obviously but I hope the Ubuntu Touch port is eventually completed. I’m perfectly fine with iodeOS but I’d like to move away from android entirety if possible (and iOS is an even worse option so no). Overall I’m pretty happy with the phone as is so I’m not too worried about it.
