The shop at brax.me says “SMALL SUPPLY OF OPEN BOX [BRAX3] PHONES MAY BE AVAILABLE SOON“. If anyone notices they do in fact become available, I’d be obliged if mention were made here too. 
I’ll have to weigh the discounted price of the open box against the improved screen in the February batch.

I am definitely interested in testing a Linux OS, having purchased 2 Brax3 phones, the second one yet to be unboxed, therefore ready to go Ubuntu at a moment’s notice. For years I enjoyed the ever superior BB10 (BlackBerry) OS until its pathetic demise, I look forward to an OS that would rise above the duopoly.

I also miss the BB10 OS. Still use one for password storage and stuff.
