Hi. I love the concept of the camera cover but it was not very durable. Within the first 2-3 weeks of using it. The cover came of and is now lost. Am i able to get a replacement? Is this a common issue and does it come under warranty?

Mine had similarly come off, but while I was sliding it, so I could pretty easily just snap it back into place. I’ll certainly agree that it’s a bit less robust than I was expecting.

Yeah, I haven’t used mine as yet but I had a close look at it when it arrived and agree it looked a bit more basic and less secure mechanism than expected. But that also means it should be easily fitted back on if it becomes detached as you can just flex it as needed (assuming it hasn’t outright broken or had part of it break off of course)…
…soaking in hot water may help to make it more pliable to refit, then leave it somewhere cool for a little bit to let it hardened up again once back in position?

the part has been lost as i dont know when it came off. possibly while taking it out of my poket. can parts be replaced?

BraxTech have said they plan to make spare parts available (eventually), but not sure if that will cover accessory ‘parts’…
…usual problem is the replacement part will end up costing as much as the original case with the admin and logistics costs so may well not be viable…
Might just have to buy another case, if it’s critical for you?
I wonder if anyone else has had similar issues with regular use? I have that case and will use it daily once I finish getting my phone setup!

It is critical. My pockets are a rough place. I don’t wont the lenses to get scratched up.
Would be good if we could get the specks to 3D print a new one. Any one able to get that?

So just an update. After almost 6 months use I managed to pop my cover off 3-4 times.
Everytime I have got it back on very easily by sitting it in the cavity diamond shaped (i.e. at a 45° angle) then carefully straightened it up to be vertical again and it eased back into the simple guide slots no problem…
