I did not find or did not quiry successfully any posts of recent on topic.
I attatch a pic, send and “sending” just shows. But it will stay like that. few times it says it was unsuccessful. But more often it says sending…. and seems stuck. ( * not related but my phone has also stopped notifying me of voice mail, wondering if this is a clue/ related )
Ive tried a few things, wifi, no wifi, restarting etc but with no success.
Any suggestions to get pics to send or the voice mail … Will be appreciated. 
Not sure if this helps or not, but I found if I try sending more than one at a time, they just sit there saying “sending”. If I send one at a time, then select a second one and send, it works every time. The pics would sit there for days, still saying “sending”. Maybe trying a different sms app might help, I myself haven’t tried yet as I am kind of tired researching and experimenting to work out the kinks

Thank u for the reply. lol, been there. Done that. Glad its not just me, kinda. Just “one” wont work at the moment. Makes mebwanna cus like a sailor.

Anyone… Is there a fix in settings or trying a different app that’s cleaned this up? As I am typing Im wondering its switches and its taking pic off my brax or its pulling it from my proton drive? hmmmmm?
Do you have good cellular signal? WiFi calling and texting works without a cellular signal but MMS won’t
Also, the most likely culprit will be a change in you APN settings. It may be worth making note of the settings you need, deleting the details in the phone, and re-entering the APN. This solves a lot of issues, especially after a firmware update
Hey thanx! Ill try that. I have poor cell reception where I live in the mountains. It has been hit and miss with pics sending on Starlink and the randomness makes it a challenge to permanently resolve.
Its the trade off for alternative tech, I guess. Not the end of the world.

It could just be reception then. When the pics dont send, do they send via telegram or a similar app. These use data to send the PIC rather than the cell network
Maybe the photo size is too large. i had this problem before.The native photo editing app did not give the option to reduce file size. So, i cropped out any superfluous edges/background, saved a copy of the original photo and send it with success.
I do not use telegram. I have not tried other apps. I didn’t think it was privacy safe anymore?
It defiantly is size related. I will look in the app store for a quick size editing feature. 
I use Quik SMS, (fdroid) as my SMS app and you can change the MMS size in its settings.
