Cant order another Brax 3 phone?

Ok, so I ordered and received a Brax 3 phone , which I love, I was going to replace another phone of mine, A Pixel from Brax with a new Brax 3.

1st Indigogo wants alot of information, thats why I ordered last time thru the brax site, however, giving in I made a indigogo account. THEY DONT TAKE AMERICAN EXPRESS ! and they have a bunch of arbitration terms, say they aren’t responsible , Brax Tech is…etc. What the heck ? I just want to order a phone, even if its preorder. Heres my name, email, address and credit card. Is all that should be needed. Please help as this shouldnt be this hard. Also include how long to get the phone (Are they back ordered again). Last I purchased all my Brax phones because of Rob, including the Brax3. Which is also listed on Robs site… So why is everyone who brings up Brax3 redirected to another site like Rob is distancing himself from the phone ?

They have that shipping problems as you can see on the brax.me store.

Brax.me states check back later, also has cheaper price including screen saver and case. I would love to order/preorder now if possible. Am I missing a link somewhere ?

Wait for Plamen to show up with news since they will be selling the tablet too at some point.

Hi there.

Since BraX3 is out of stock at the moment, it’s only available for pre-order via IndieGoGo.
Once we stock it up and fulfill current orders from batch 2 (happening in April), we will start selling BraX3 again via the brax.me store and the braxtech stores.

Rob isn’t distancing himself from the phone (project). He is just not the one managing pre-orders from IndieGoGo, or fulfillment.

I got my second BraX3 off Ebay a while ago. People who got the first batch had second thoughts I guess. It looked almost brand new and had a glass protector installed.
