Can't reach internet on T-mobile

I can’t reach the internet on T-mobile. It worked with my old phone. I suspect it’s the same issue that’s keeping me from connecting to wifi.

Under Settings - Network and Internet - Sims

Do you see the option “Use Mobile Data” ON for your T-Mobile connection?

Two separate problems. Been using T-Mobile with the Brax3 since the beginning of the beta with no issues. You need to make sure mobile data is enabled in the phone settings

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it’s on, and it T-Mobile is listed under SIMs. I can make calls, but I can’t use my data to connect to the internet.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it’s on, and it T-Mobile is listed under SIMs. I get a message there’s a problem with your internet connection. Error Code: NS_ERROR_OFFLINE. I’m wondering if the rep. I spoke with at Patriot Mobile turned off my data. I’ll call back Monday and have them verify it’s on.

Verify that your APN settings are correct. I’m finding that many resellers aren’t populating the APNs automatically.

So I followed the instructions, and the “APN enable/disable” is grayed out and not selectable, so I can’t change it.

That would mean there is no APN configured to be able to turn on. You’ll need to manually add the APN settings

The plus at the top right. Also, the mobile data needs to be enabled

I already have one listed, but I tried to add another and have the same options and issue not being able to enable APN in the Edit Access Point screen. I am missing some of the options listed in the config you sent, and have some options that are not listed. I’m trying to get a photo to send you, but since neither of my PM phones can send to email I’m having to jump through some hoops here. Stand by pls

Just for comparison, this is my settings for T-Mobile. Yours may vary since you are using a MVNO..

I turned on automatically select network and it worked! I still have the wifi issue but this is a huge help. Thank you!

Glad you’re up on mobile data! Hopefully the developers are able to fix the wifi issue but until then, there has been a few work arounds in the main wifi issue thread
