Of course if you should really try and just get off Windows completely instead… Linux is your friend.
Microsoft & Windows are rapidly going the Zuckerberg route and will monitor and track and record everything you do on your own device - and feed it into their AI database…
(I’ve recently completed finally de-Microsofting myself several months ago, by finally ditching Windows and locally installed Office on my PC. I de-Googled and stopped using any Microsoft cloud services quite sometime ago. With the BraX3 I’ll now start de-Apple-ing, at least from a phone & laptop aspect…)

Good work, switched to Linux 2 years ago, not too difficult, good learning experience. It can only grow, bankrupt the thieves.

Yes! I was a Linux experimenter about 2000-2002 - had the old Red Hat distro for a couple of years, but it was a bit too early, too many hardware issues and too few apps and no gaming…
…but it did get me into Opera Browser (back when the Norwegian guys now doing Vivaldi originally developed it) and so I used that on Windows for next ~15 years until Microsoft got their filthy hands on it…
