Seriously, You close the thread leaving a psy-op solution? How about better help for the non cell phone experts, before closing the thread? I deleted an apn and now I’m screwed. No idea how to create a new one with only one field copied.
Tap the “+” and add as many APNs as necessary according to your carrier.
How to Reset APN Settings (if needed)
-
In the APN menu, tap the three dots or menu button.
-
Select “Reset to Default”. This returns all fields to the defaults set by your carrier during initial setup.
This will be the same one that didn’t work. Copy down Everything. then recreate with + .
Also, the apn are located at settings/Network&internet/SIMs/T-Mobile/Access Point Names .
More of a reason to avoid the update, would you consider using a cellular hotspot if multiple device EDC is applicable, granted a single device may be more convenient.
Also where are the APN’s found for each carrier ex: Tmobile, Mint, Phreeli etc ?
My carrier is Mint Mobile and I’ve been swapping their Sim card between multiple phones running iode’ and the first thing they do after this is send u a text message with their APN settiings.
EDIT:
I think they must have put this on their Sim card before they sent it to guarantee the user gets their message if the APN settings were in error. The BraX3 recognizes all their settings automatically anyway so there was nothing to change.
