Hi.
I received my phone (back in June?), but I only unboxed it yesterday. I charged it, it came on and said Brax. White letters, black screen. I went through the wizard (chose no sim). I updated a few settings, turned up the brightness on the screen and installed one app via the aurora apps.
Life was good.
Today, it just simply won’t power on. If I hold the power button, after a second or two, I hear a faint click (scratchy) noise. I tried charging with the supplied cable for several hours. Google said to try holding power button for 15 seconds/30 seconds. And/or power button/sound button combo for 15/30 seconds. I tried all combinations. Needless to say, a little disappointing. I get it, guess I got the dud.
Any suggestions, or where do I go from here? Can it be replaced?
