I was listening to music on a webpage , music stopped , looked down and looked like screen was frozen. BLACK SCREEN 100% dead device .
Will not charge or even show signs of life :-\
Anyone have any ideas what to maybe try ?
I have sent email to Brax Support [email protected] .
Have looked at few methods to trouble shoot and so far no luck.

Obviously hardware failure, they will respond within some days and you will get a code to replace the phone.
Looks like it will need a replacement. I asked support to mail you with an RMA number and steps to replace.

So I tried to turn the device on today again , and it had enough life to take a charge.
I left it on the charger on for about 20 mins few days ago and nuffin.
Now its taking a charge so , Might be battery issue. Is this RMA 100 % or is there option for a battery replacement ?
Can I contact RMA to see what my options are ?

You’ll get into unnecessary experimentation and unnecessary shipping costs. Moreover sometimes the hardware faults are unstable, it could be working for some days and then be crashing unexpectedly.
RMA entail returning your product and getting a replacement. Might be best to try to charge it for a few hours and see whether the device works after that. You can get a replacement any time within the warranty period if the device malfunctions again.

I was able to recharge 100% and haven’t seen any funny fluxes in the battery. No sudden drops in charge. Holding charge for the amount of time Prior to issue.
Things seemed to have returned to normal :-}
Will try and repeat the process once more to try ensure no issues arrive.
If no issues arise, Will be placing another order for another device soon .
