Did my Brax3 just die? (Only temporarily)

This afternoon, some time in the past hour, I found my Brax3 had turned itself off while I was doing other things, not using it. I tried many times to turn it on again, also while charging the battery (though I know it was not empty at all) but I just can´t get it back on.
I did the 6.9 update (from 6.7) yesterday in the late evening. Until just now it worked fine, browsing, sending emails and making phone calls (I’ve been using the Brax3 for about 2 months now).
Yesterday, hours before updating, for some time I couldn’t hear callers and they couln’t hear me, but that was solved after restarting the device. I posted about it.
What should I do?
By the way, I’m not an advanced user and English is my 2nd language, so if this gets highly technical I’ll need some time to translate and really understand. Anyway, I need to get my old Samsung up and running first now.

I’d suggest that you leave it to charge for a few hours. If the device still doesn’t boot up, write to [email protected] to get it replaced. Share this post as a reference that you already went through some troubleshooting effort.

Thank you Plamen for the prompt reply.
I removed the SIM card to put it in my old Samsung phone and left my Brax alone, to discover an hour later that it had returned to life. No idea what happened, but for me it has been solved. Hopefully this won’t happen too often…!

Yes, keep an eye on this - it shouldn’t happen at all.

Defect like this is covered by warranty, so we are able to replace if needed. Cheers!
