Hello, I pre-ordered an Open Slate tablet. Previously, I ordered a Brax3. As an early buyer of the Brax3, I recently received an email offering a $20 discount to use on a future purchase before July 25, 2026. How, specifically, can I apply this discount when making the final payment for the tablet?

Update - i see a previous update advising discount can be auto applied at Brax Store by following link. This I have done and rec’d the sign in but my account only shows the already delivered Brax 3, The awaited Open Slate order (backer no 38) is not listed and cannot see (therefore must assume) the discount is not being auto applied.
For open_slate orders, we will have to manually apply a refund on already placed order, since discount codes are not supported in their platform. Please email us at [email protected] if that’s how you’d like to utilize your discount.
I would like to express my frustration here. Since June 24, I have written to your customer service at the email you provide here that I would like to be compensated as written in the newsletter, but I have not received any response to my email and have not received any form of compensation.
I am interested in buying more extra accessories for the Open_slate order in addition to the cover and internet adapter I ordered at that time, but the discount of 30 dollars will not be deducted on IndieGoGo as you know. I would therefore like to be compensated as you advise, and at the same time have SupportTeam review my case manually to investigate whether my email has been blacklisted in your system by mistake.
