Email to [email protected] continually failing

I need to reply to [email protected] but it fails time after time.

I need to send images of shipping damage, is there another way to do this?

have you tried manually typing the address in the to field? Not using the prepopulated ‘reply’ address…

And assume you arent using an alias system like simple login/Proton pass?

I am assuming no one else currently has the issue so its issue at your end…

Also how long has it been an issue? There was major disruption 48 hours ago due to cloudflare outage… that may not be fully recovered yet - has it only been an issue last 2-3 days?

I was replying to previous emails received by clicking reply, now for some reason the emails are getting through so the issue is solved.
