Every time I go through the process to download the ESIM using the Telstra app, it says there is a problem with the ESIM profile. This happens over and over.At the moment I am unable to use my Brax 3 as I cannot load an ESIM onto it and I’m starting to feel this might have been the wrong choice. There is no option for QR code and I cannot get the details to manually enter the ESIM.
I have no practical experience with the following, but have read in various threads that changing the IMEI of the Brax 3 to that of a phone profile that is recongnized could be your solution.
Try searching around for “change Brax 3 IMEI” on this site.

I’d suggest that you call your carrier and ask what is the issue. They have access to logs and can help identify the cause.
